About NCIL
The Nebraska Interscholastic Cycling League was founded in 2019 as a non-profit (501(c)3) Emergent League of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA). Before that, the league was called the Nebraska Interscholastic Cycling Series and was born out of two brothers’ passion for mountain biking and desire to create rewarding experiences for youth.
