Feelin’ Fine at Maskenthine

MASKENTHINE LAKE RECREATION AREA will host race #5 of the Nebraska Interscholastic Cycling League 2025 season. The course starts with an uphill climb for riders to vie for position before reaching the singletrack at the top of the hill.  From there, a nice winding downhill section follows as it travels along the shelter belt of trees and olive bushes to the park’s south end. The trail then begins its twisting and winding through tree groves and short open areas (best spots for passing) in between before dropping into the more advanced high school sections. Both middle school and high school return back to the finish line on the same tree lined fast hills.
